What happens to the value of our decommissioned equipment?
We assess residual value and can provide buyback or remarketing services for equipment with remaining value. Credits are applied against your decommissioning costs.
How do you handle data destruction?
We use NIST 800-88 compliant wiping software for functional drives and physical shredding/degaussing for non-functional or high-security drives. A certificate of destruction is provided for every storage device.
Are you R2 certified?
We work with R2 and e-Stewards certified partners for all ITAD and recycling activities, ensuring the highest standards of responsible disposal.
How long does a full data center decommission take?
Depending on scale, most decommissions take 1β4 weeks. We can provide a detailed timeline after an initial site assessment.
